Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") carefully before using the terapiepentrumine.ro website (the "Service") operated by Apotheosis Services SRL ("us", "we", or "our").

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

1. Services

Apotheosis Services SRL provides online psychotherapy services, including but not limited to individual therapy sessions, clinical hypnosis, therapeutic courses, and consultation services. All services are provided by Bauer Robert-Cristian, a licensed psychotherapist registered with the Romanian College of Psychologists.

2. Eligibility for Services

By using our services, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age, or if under 18, have obtained parental/guardian consent
  • You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
  • You are not currently in a mental health crisis requiring immediate intervention
  • You understand that online therapy may not be appropriate for all conditions and situations

2.1 Emergency Disclaimer

Our services are not designed for emergency situations. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, suicidal thoughts, or any emergency, please contact emergency services immediately:

3. Scheduling and Cancellation

3.1 Appointments

Sessions are scheduled by mutual agreement between you and the therapist. All times are in Eastern European Time (EET/UTC+2 or EEST/UTC+3 during daylight saving time).

3.2 Cancellation Policy

We understand that circumstances may require you to cancel or reschedule appointments. Our policy is as follows:

  • More than 24 hours notice: No charge. You may reschedule or receive a full refund.
  • Less than 24 hours notice: The full session fee will be charged.
  • No-show: The full session fee will be charged.

3.3 Late Arrivals

If you arrive late to a session, the session will still end at the scheduled time. The full fee applies regardless of late arrival.

4. Fees and Payment

4.1 Fees

Current fees for services are:

  • Individual Psychotherapy Session (50 minutes): €60.00
  • Personalized Hypnosis Session: €85.00
  • Addiction Support Program (4 sessions): €200.00
  • Authenticity Course: €750.00
  • Relaxation Course: €750.00

Fees are subject to change with 30 days notice.

4.2 Payment

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed. We accept:

  • Bank transfer
  • PayPal

4.3 Refunds

Refunds for prepaid packages or courses will be prorated based on services already rendered. No refunds for completed sessions.

5. Confidentiality

We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of all therapeutic communications. All information shared during therapy sessions is confidential and protected under:

  • The ethical code of the Romanian College of Psychologists
  • Romanian Law No. 677/2001 on data protection
  • GDPR (where applicable)

5.1 Limits of Confidentiality

Confidentiality may be limited in the following circumstances:

  • Imminent risk of serious harm to yourself or others
  • Suspected child abuse, elder abuse, or abuse of vulnerable adults
  • Court orders or legal mandates

6. Technical Requirements

For online therapy sessions, you will need:

  • A stable internet connection
  • A device with a camera and microphone
  • A private, quiet space where you won't be interrupted
  • Compatible browser or video conferencing application

We are not responsible for technical failures on your end that prevent or interrupt sessions.

7. Intellectual Property

All materials provided during therapy sessions, including handouts, recordings, and course content, are for your personal use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use these materials for commercial purposes without written permission.

8. Termination of Services

Either you or the therapist may terminate the therapeutic relationship at any time. We recommend discussing termination in a session when possible to ensure proper closure.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Apotheosis Services SRL or Bauer Robert-Cristian be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Romania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
